Women Who Rise: Finding A New Way To Stand

Can I write to you?

I have neglected my blog for the mistress that is social media, but I have decided to return to her in 2022. So, here I am staying true to that promise to myself.

I have been asking for deeper clarity on the coaching work that I am meant to offer right now to be of service to as many women as I can. That clarity became clear after a friend recently sent me a quote,

“Challenges are gifts that force us to search for a new center of gravity. Don’t fight them. Just find a new way to stand.” - Oprah Winfrey

Thus, I am birthing a new program:

Women Who Rise: Finding A New Way To Stand

What I mean by this is, we aren’t who we were yesterday, any of us. If you are reading this, you have endured two years of a global pandemic combined with all that has been occurring in your personal life. We are not the same, even if we were to dig our heels in and try.

Circumstances are meant to drive us into becoming newer versions of ourselves. Each and every day we can choose growth or stagnancy. We can choose old stories or to write new ones. The most important part, is that we get to decide.

We choose our own way.

Identifying what is within our control and what isn’t allows us space to decide how we want to respond. So many of our responses are programmed because from the moment we are born we are trying to navigate and understand how the world works. Your first environment determines many of your mental, emotional, and physical reactions. For most, those initial living environments aren’t optimal. Unless we unlearn our early patterning and reactions, we will continue to repeat them.

What I have come to know in all of my years working in women’s mental health and wellness is that we are SO powerful. We are creative, kind, loving, passionate, and naturally have a deep connection to our inherent abilities. However, that connection is often led astray at some point. When women are supported to find their own voice, to find their own way again, they are unstoppable.

I am truly dedicating this year to this program and to it’s unfolding. I believe in the collective force of women working together to support one another. It is healing. It is restorative. It creates flow and movement towards unimaginable visions and has a ripple effect even the ocean can feel.

Ask yourself, what is it that I truly want? Let your mind wander everywhere. Take notes. Don’t let the pen stop until you are done.

Let’s build the bridge to get you to your dreams. I feel it… do you?

Let’s rise,

ah
